| Peter Gibb Peter served as a helicopter observer in the Royal Navy for twelve years. He then turned his management and leadership experience into a career in training and management consultancy within the computer industry. Peter managed a team of consultants responsible for improving clients’ business performance and profitability through the analysis of working processes. His role as a training consultant has included working for the MOD as well as the aerospace industry. Management, team working and communications are Peter’s specialist areas.
