Starting with an analysis of the existing management system, which is often the result of evolution rather than design, WrightWay helps to determine the current policies and operating procedures that are working to the benefit of all. Equally, any challenges arising from the analysis will be discussed with senior management.
Armed with this data, WrightWay helps the client to develop their own system that includes the company’s successes and makes appropriate changes to the current system.
