Documentation

Adherence to procedures and protocols is a fundamental cornerstone of safe, effective and profitable team activity. WrightWay is keenly aware that weak and poorly generated procedures actually engender a dangerous environment where discredited processes are supplanted by locally generated, non-accountable activity.

As a consequence of an audit process, WrightWay identifies areas of concern, and in consultation with the end-user and process designer, establishes a collaborative solution. It is WrightWay’s experience that the end-user has an invaluable role to play in designing work routines and processes, and that inclusivity enhances efficiency and reduces risk taking behaviour.

Underpinning this activity is an understanding of the Just Culture and the benefits that accrue from engaging the workforce in determining their own best practices and incorporating personal experience in adapting whole team activity to achieve corporate goals.
