Competence Assessment

Developing collaborative and accountable behavioural and performance indicators to analyse the effectiveness                           of procedures and processes

Competence Assessment

WrightWay works with the client to establish a set of behavioural and performance priorities and a means of achieving them. By having agreed standards and shared objectives, both management and workforce can help determine that the policies and procedures are working and contributing to the success of the venture.

The innovative use of behavioural markers enables clients to combine the twin aims of safety and efficiency into one core concept and have an agreed, transparent and accountable means of achieving the shared goal.

WrightWay works with the client to devise the behavioural markers that suit their goals and unique environment and thereafter establishes an audit process to monitor progress, identify trends and receive proposed improvements to established work practices.
