Leadership & Management Training

Leaders and managers lie at the core of all successful enterprises. Effective leadership and management not only has beneficial effects on profitability but also significantly enhances departmental relationships

Leadership & Management Training

WrightWay’s accredited leadership and management courses examine the essential non-technical skills, which provide leaders and managers, at all levels, the opportunity to effectively harness the expertise and enthusiasm of all team members.

Use of maritime simulators, classroom exercises and group discussions provide delegates the opportunity to firstly examine their own individual strengths and weaknesses which can then be developed to enable them, when acting as a leader, to more effectively motivate and co-ordinate their teams.

In addition to considering leadership skills, WrightWay also prompts course participants to examine appropriate assertiveness as a follower and helps them to recognise the behavioural styles that contribute to team cohesiveness.
