Programmes for Change

Business and safety excellence is achieved through fully harnessing the latent horse-power in the workforce

Programmes for Change

The philosophy underpinning programmes for change is to create a ‘one team’ approach to safety and process management across the client company.

To achieve this, employees identify safety challenges and own and execute the solutions themselves, with the help and support of their supervisor and/or line manager. By focusing completely on the health, safety and welfare of every member of the client company, safety and business objectives merge into one, with both being identically prioritised and managed.

WrightWay’s inclusive approach provides a firm foundation for all corporate activity and draws on multi-discipline concepts to achieve the most appropriate programme for the client.

Testimonials
