The Crew Resource Management (CRM) is offered in the UK by WrightWay Training Limited in conjunction with South Tyneside College.

The course concentrates on the attitudes and behaviours of individuals and their impact on safety. It provides the opportunity for individuals to examine their own behaviour and to make individual decisions on how to improve their teamwork.
