Risk Assessment Training Course

Risk management is the process of assessing risks and taking steps to either eliminate or to reduce them by introducing appropriate control measures

The WrightWay Risk Assessment course focuses on enabling delegates to  understand the business reasons for managing risk and to appreciate how effective control reduces both human and financial losses. The importance of effective assessment of all types of risk within an organisation’s overall financial strategy cannot be understated .

By using practical methods and case studies WrightWay engages the minds of the people closest to the risks to identify hazards and assess risk. Practical methods are used to mitigate the associated hazards, evaluate the risks and identify and implement appropriate control measures.

Further emphasis is placed on the direct correlation between accident causation, company culture and human error. This course demonstrates how a pro-active safety management system, fully supported by senior management, reduces the risk of incidents through human error.
